The Oscoda Township Municipal Water and Wastewater systems are currently operated and maintained by FVOP. They operate and maintain 140 miles of water distribution mains, 700 fire hydrants, 480 valves, and over 3,000 service connections. They also operate and maintain 73 miles of sewer collection systems, 28 lift stations, and a 1.5 mg treatment system. FVOP performs most improvements to the water and sewer systems, including the installation of water and sewer services.
Based upon the number of frozen water service lines last year the Township has adopted a "Frozen Water Service Line Policy". Should you have any questions please contact our office.
