Current Contracts
Currently, the OWA-LDFA has only one active contract.
It is the three-party agreement that was executed when establishing the Local Development Finance Authority. Parties to that agreement include Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Charter Township of Oscoda and OWA-LDFA.
